- Problem
– Can’t Turn Front Wheel Checking and Encoder module obstructs with base plate. Because the new floating plate larger than an existing plate. Module obstructs with near structure.
After BBK make the Guideline for modification we starting working 7 days with overtime. 25/01/2021-31/01/2021.
Working Procedure.
- Remove equipment FL/FR.
- Try error rotating and mark to obstructs steel structure.
- Part Cutting.
- Welding and Add news materials to structure.
- Make the new bolt hole for fixed.
- Try rotating function testing.
- Reinstall back.
- Repainting.
- Relevelling.
